For noobs, it is obvious that Eric is trying to make the sales lady think he and Bill are a gay couple, hence her empathic 'oohhh' at the back-and-forth between Eric and Bill.
Of course, many would naturally doubt Bheeeel's sexual orientation after the very admiring glance at Eric's new 'do.
Also: the fact that he always seems to cringe away from Sookie, who is, quite a hot specimen of the female gender.
