Our SL group - me, Maggy, AK, Faith, Shihui, Jel, Belle, Chia and Mich - went to the redhill SAC today. With the two Mr Lims and Miss Shahidah (sp??) we brought them to Mt. Faber Park.
Heh at first when I found out the SL was going to be on a Sat I was kinda pissed because that meant I couldn't go for training but after today I'm like 8DDDDD
1. The old people are freaking cute! <3 Especially the ahmah that sat next to Faith and me, the flirty old uncle 8D, and the cowboy-hat ahgong. Eesh they're so cute. Adowableeeee.
2. It was actually fun. Haha we helped the elderly across Henderson Waves Bridge, then up Mt. Faber. Scurried around like rats to give them water and food but it was so cute because we had to help them poke the straws into their water bottles or whatever those tiny plastic things are. Sec2s played this musical ball game with them. And it was awesome because the flirty uncle and the spindly old ahma were like haha flirting with each other :D And they danced, and gayed around.
3. With Mr Lim's polariod camera, we took pictures with the elderly and they were so adorable they had cliques and besties and stuff and the guys were awkward around the girls just like in primary school ;D
4. It was something meaningful, and these elderly don't actually need us because they have tons of volunteer groups that have been with them for 45734879545 years so it actually puts things into perspective when you know they're not dependent on you. They're sweet :3
Afterwards we went to Raffles City (the site of many fond memories - SRC & RIMB) and ate Pepper Lunch and stuff. Then me, Maggy, Faith, Shihui, Jel and Chia went down to J.CO to buy yogurt (which was really good btw) and guess what?

But then he went off without seeing her and when we found out and tried to get him to meet her she warned him off ): Spent like an hour shouting PETER around the entire shopping mall, but I bet he was sneaking around behind us spying :p YAY IT WAS FUN.

Man it was quite all right, other than the fact that it was bloody hot.

Haha it was quite nice, but the shitty ending ruined it D:
Last day of school...feels okay.

Went down to RI for training today.
After warm-ups Coach suddenly said we had to go off because someone's parent wrote to the school complaining about RI training and the lack of "responsible" rgs teachers present there T.T

Met Megan at ion mrt; she's a noobbbbb she got lost at wheelock T.T
Shopped around ion, went to wisma and ngee ann city.
Haha then we bumped into Maggy, her mum and sisters at wisma's F21, Katherine is pretty. :3
So me, Megan and Maggy went off to 313@Somerset, then went back to ion. My legs were dyng but it was fun.

I bought 3 tops, which are all damn cute and I wanted to buy this neat little apple-green dress from New Look but too bad I was broke so imma go with my mum some other day and that dress will be in my possession XD
Haha I think Maggy was very exasperated with our shopping spree and I think she got fed up with Megan's ever-falling t-shirt and her exposed bra strap.
